Who is eligible to join and how do I apply?

Once you’ve found your employer, joining is easy – we’ll ask you a few questions to set up your account and make sure Hinge Health is a good fit for your back or joint pain. This entire process only takes about 10 minutes.

What kind of results can I expect from the programme?

Which joints and body parts are supported? Can I work on more than one area at the same time?

All major joints and body parts are supported. When you join, you’ll be able to inform us of up to three body areas where you’re experiencing pain. Your programme will then be tailored to address pain in each of these areas.

Our clinical experts recommend focusing on between one and three body areas to begin with, to achieve the ideal balance between addressing multiple areas of pain and ensuring focused, effective treatment for the best possible outcomes.
